PCF Restaurant Management, LLC is a Buffalo Wild Wings franchise committed to serving the communities in which we do business and beyond. It is our passion to leverage our restaurant as a platform to offer economic empowerment through career opportunities, civic engagement, and service. We are committed to offering fundraising platforms to non-profit organizations as an innovative and fun way to to connect your organization's supporters and raise funds.  

IN KIND DONATION REQUESTS

We will make every effort to process your request in a timely manner. Consideration for in kind donation requests is given to existing or emerging non-profit partners. Evaluation will be made on a “first-come, first-serve” monthly basis. Please keep in mind a denial does not imply that the applicant’s program is not needed or worthy, but simply that: it may not fall within our franchise giving guidelines, our mission, or that we’ve fulfilled our available donations for the year.

Due to the volume of donation requests received by the PCF Restaurant Management's Buffalo Wild Wings franchise, requests must meet the following criteria: 

• The event/organization is somehow related to our giving mission for the fiscal year.

• The event/organization has not received a donation within the past 12 months.

• PCF Restaurant Management, Buffalo Wild Wings franchise will be included in event marketing materials.

• Must be a certifiable 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

• Your request must be received a minimum of 60 days prior to event date.

If an organization or event is found to meet the requirements above our community affairs manager will contact you directly. We appreciate your outreach and desire to work with our franchise. Thank you for your consideration. 

EAT WINGS, RAISE FUNDS (EWRF)

We recognize that needs can vary greatly from one community to another. That’s why we promote a program that allows each of our restaurants to help raise funds for organizations in and for their respective community. With our Eat Wings, Raise Funds (EWRF). program, when you dine, we donate. Since its inception, Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants across the nation have donated more than $1 million to local organizations that assist youth and families in need, military families, disaster relief efforts, and more through our EWRF platform. To apply for an Eat Wings, Raise Funds Event, please click here to be directed to the online application.
